Leasing land on SkyBeam Estates is easy. Each parcel is set for sale for the equivalent of two weekly tier payments. After (or before!) purchase, simply contact Charlene Trudeau or Nevar Lobo to be welcomed personally to the estate and have the two weeks of tier credited to your rental box.

Rental boxes are located on a central payment board in each region and are generally a short walk or quick tp away to make a payment. Reminders are automated and you may add your own partner to the payment box as needed.
